Unlocking an Inaccessible New Build Property
If any part of a building is over 45 meters from the nearest point that a fire appliance can reach, part B5 of the building regulations state that a fire suppression system must be installed throughout the property, allowing the distance to be extended to up to 90 meters!
How it works?
Automist can be installed throughout the property to increase the allowable distance to up to 90 meters. The idea is that the addition of the suppression system allows extended time for the occupants to escape and for the fire brigade to access the property in the event of a fire!
